Alchemist series limited release. This is a cane spirit forged under pressure and released without concession. Stormcut begins with molasses driven hard through fermentation, where heat, time, and microbial chaos build mass and momentum. From this volatility, the alchemist makes a single, decisive cut—capturing power at its most articulate and discarding anything that softens its intent. Bottled at navy strength, Stormcut is left undiluted until the final break to over-proof, preserving the weight, texture, and force as it left the still.

There is no oak to temper or round the edges here. What remains is structure, clarity, and raw authority—a spirit that rewards patience, water, or restraint only if the drinker chooses it.

Tasting notes:

• Nose: Molasses, dark caramel, overripe tropical fruit and restrained heat
• Palate: Oily and full-bodied, burnt sugar, licorice root, cocoa husk, fermented fruit depth
• Mouthfeel: Heavy, warming, long and dry with a subtle saline edge
• Method: Double Pot Distilled
• Yeast: Pombe Yeast

• Barrel: N/A

Zero additives except reverse osmosis water to break back to Navy strength.
