Processing Time
All orders are packed and dispatched from our South Australian distillery within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding SA public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Shipping Within Australia
Standard Shipping
Delivery: 2–8 business days after dispatch (metro areas faster; regional and remote areas may take longer)
Flat rate: $15.00 AUD
Express Shipping
Delivery: 1–4 business days after dispatch
Flat rate: $20.00 AUD
Free shipping offers may apply during selected promotions.
International Shipping
We currently ship to a select number of international destinations.
Delivery: 6–27 business days after dispatch
Flat rate: $20.00 AUD
Please note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or local taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Age Verification (18+)
By purchasing alcohol from Mad Monkey Distillery, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
ID may be requested upon delivery.
Couriers are not permitted to leave alcohol unattended if age cannot be verified.
Authority to Leave
If you request ‘Authority to Leave’, your parcel may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion.
Mad Monkey Distillery is not responsible for lost or stolen items once marked as successfully delivered.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at artisan@madmonkeydistillery.com.au with photos and your order number.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
For parcels returned to sender due to incorrect addresses or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-delivery costs may apply.
Address Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at artisan@madmonkeydistillery.com.au.
Once your order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or taste preference.
However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right — simply contact our team within 7 days of delivery.
