For those people that love a sherry bomb, this is a delightful representation of the Oloroso influence of the barrel combined with the earthy tobacco rum. Dry aged for 3 years and 9 months in mixed European and Hungarian oak. A moderate 14% angel share.

Tasting notes:

  • Nose: Copper, Marmalade, Dried figs, Ginger and Marzipan
  • Palate: Light start drawing into Almonds, Roasted Coffee, Tobacco and a Medicinal finish with a hint of Clove spice
  • Mouthfeel: Silky and dry.
  • Method: Double Pot Distilled
  • Yeast: Wild Muck & Ale Yeast
  • Maturation: 3yrs 9 months
  • Barrel: American Oak & Ex Oloroso

Zero additives except reverse osmosis water to break back to bottle strength.
