A bold twist on the classic daiquiri, the Hibernal Daiquiri brings in seasonal spice, depth, and a striking colour thanks to Peychaud’s bitters. This one’s complex, aromatic, and unapologetically grown-up.

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Flora
  • 30ml Saccharum
  • 20ml Allspice syrup
  • 30ml Lime juice
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters


Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime twist or dried citrus wheel.
