Tart meets sweet in this blushing twist on the classic sour. The Rhubapple Sour pairs rhubarb liqueur with our spiced Baked Apple spirit, lifted by lemon juice and a splash of rosé syrup.
Ingredients:
30ml Baked Apple
15ml Rhubi Mistelle
15ml Apple liqueur
15ml Lemon juice
15ml Rosé syrup
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice or rhubarb ribbon.
