Ingredients:
45ml Baked Apple
15ml Apricot brandy
30ml Apple juice
20ml Lime juice
15ml Falernum
1 Egg white
Method:
Dry shake all ingredients (no ice), then shake again with ice. Double strain into a coupe or rocks glass. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg or a dried apple wheel.
