The Mad Monkey Pina Colada puts a cheeky twist on the tropical classic by blending our Coconut N Cane and Baked Apple spirits for a layered, fruit-forward flavour bomb. Creamy coconut, lush pineapple, and subtle spice – it’s everything you want on a hot afternoon, or just after a long week.

Recipe:

  • 30ml Coconut N Cane
  • 30ml Baked Apple
  • 30ml Coconut purée
  • 120ml Pineapple juice
  • 20ml Lime juice
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • 4 Mint leaves

Method:


Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake hard until cold and frothy. Single strain into a highball glass packed with fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and mint leaves for that beach-bar finish.
