Creamy coconut, lush pineapple, and subtle spice – it’s everything you want on a hot afternoon, or just after a long week.
Recipe:
- 30ml Coconut N Cane
- 30ml Baked Apple
- 30ml Coconut purée
- 120ml Pineapple juice
- 20ml Lime juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- 4 Mint leaves
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake hard until cold and frothy. Single strain into a highball glass packed with fresh ice. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge and mint leaves for that beach-bar finish.
